Best speaker for Fender amp's! Installed on all my SIRE BurnFX amps.

As the frequency increases, the radiation of a loudspeaker is increasingly focused on its center. If the listener is in this beam, the sound is extremely harsh and biting; if one moves to the side of it, the sound becomes significantly darker and treble components are partially missing.
To reduce this behavior, a diffuser is used. This sits directly in the beam of the speaker and deflects the high frequencies very strongly, it breaks the "beam". This makes the sound much fuller and more balanced.

Genalex 12AX7 / ECC83 / CV4004 - Reissue

The Gold Lion CV4004 is a particularly robust version of the proven 12AX7/ECC83 and is based on its military specification. It is therefore an excellent choice for demanding preamp circuits in guitar amplifiers, hi-fi equipment and studio applications.

Compared with the Gold Lion 12AX7/B759, the CV4004 features shorter plate structures. Its more compact internal construction makes it less susceptible to vibration and unwanted microphonics. This can be especially beneficial in sensitive gain stages or at high volume levels.

In terms of construction, reliability and tonal quality, the Gold Lion CV4004 meets the same high standards as the other tubes in the Gold Lion Reissue series.

The documentation has been consolidated and is available as a PDF download directly with the kit.
The microcontroller with the firmware is no longer included in the kit and must be ordered separately depending on the desired version.
