Sovtek 6L6 WXT+ STR430 - QUAD

4 tubes, matched as quad

The 6L6WXT+ features larger plate dimensions and 20 percent higher output than the Sovtek 5881WXT. Extremely low noise and a excellent detailed and harmonic sound, plenty of power and very easy to handle - even while using in "hot" setups.

JJ E34L - QUAD

4 tubes, matched as quad

Improved JJ EL34, with a modified cathode.
Hint: if you replace an EL34 with an E34L you should also check the bias.

JJ EL84 #05 - Fender Blues Junior

JJ EL84 #05 - Soft Plus

  • Not so hot than the #06 selection but still nice punch
  • Recommended for Fender Blues Junior and Pro Junior and similar amps.
  • Price for one tube.
FAQ: If I order two or more of these tubes, are they all "the same"?
Yes, the tubes are all "matched" and selected for the in the description mentioned amplifier.
FAQ: Can I replace the tubes myself or are adjustments needed?
Adjustments are not possible on the listed amplifier (unless a bias potentiometer has been added afterwards). The replacement can therefore be done without adjustments.

TT 12AX7 / ECC83 Classic
Tube-Town 12AX7 / ECC83 Preamp-Tube

The TT12AX7 impresses with its fine and detailed reproduction of the highs, which is maintained even at high amplification levels. Due to a higher H3 part, the TT12AX7 sounds significantly cleaner than many other 12AX7/ECC83 tubes, which makes the bass range appear much tighter. We therefore especially recommend this tube for styles such as clean, crunch, and metal, where high amplification and clear transparency are required.

Application Notes

  • Heater operation: The tube can be operated with 6.3V or 12.6V, depending on the circuit design.
  • Grid resistors: It is recommended to use grid resistors of at least 1MΩ to ensure stable functionality.
  • Coupling capacitors: Capacitors with low capacitance (typically 0.1µF) are recommended to minimize high-frequency interference.
