A worthy successor to the Vintage 10, the G10 Vintage is a 10" speaker with bags of attitude. Using powerful ceramic magnets and the same voice coil design as the Vintage 30, the G10 packs an impressive punch with its 60W power handling.With the fast response of a 10" but with the strong and creamy vocal tones of a 12", the G10 is the ideal choice to add depth to hollow- sounding amps, or for players who want to get humbucker-type girth from single-coils. Can be used singly to add vocal warmth to small valve combos, or in quartets for a weightier but still lively attack:

Excellent. This speaker offers the precise attack of a 10" speaker and almost the tonal range of a 12" speaker. Suited for all styles. Takes clean tones and handles high power heavily overdriven tones just as well. A very versatile speaker, the ideal choice, when there is no space for a 12" speaker or you want that additional "sparkle" in the upper frequency range. As the frequency increases, the radiation of a loudspeaker is increasingly focused on its center. If the listener is in this beam, the sound is extremely harsh and biting; if one moves to the side of it, the sound becomes significantly darker and treble components are partially missing.
To reduce this behavior, a diffuser is used. This sits directly in the beam of the speaker and deflects the high frequencies very strongly, it breaks the "beam". This makes the sound much fuller and more balanced.
