Texture and color just like the Marshall Cane and Orange Weaves, only slightly thinner and thus easier to handle.
Furthermore, the mesh size is a little wider, and therefore the damping of the highs is much less compared with the original fabrics.

Sonically similar to the "normal" JJ 12AX7, but the overall sound is "fuller" and "stronger" with a more powerful bass. Visually, compared to the normal JJ 12AX7, the long anode plates stand out, as well as a slightly higher current. Suits well in guitar and bass amps, but also in audio and high-end areas.

Note: Tubes equipped with long plates are commonly associated with a "warmer" or "richer" sound, whereas those with shorter plates tend to deliver a "tighter sound". However, tubes featuring long plates exhibit increased sensitivity to vibrations and mechanical disturbances, rendering them less ideal for critical applications.
