Yes, the tubes are all "matched" and selected for the in the description mentioned amplifiers.
FAQ: Can I replace the tubes myself or are adjustments needed?
Adjustments are not possible on the listed amplifier (unless a bias potentiometer has been added afterwards). The replacement can therefore be done without adjustments.

Compared with the JJ 12AX7/ECC83, the JJ ECC83/12AX7 MG has a slightly smoother sound and appears to operate more linearly. It is ideal for low- to medium-gain amplifiers, audio applications, and for taming amplifiers with a very hot voicing. It is also a good alternative to the 5751 and 12AY7.

2 tubes, matched as pair

JJ developed a completly new tube which is compatible with the EL84. The difference lies in the around 25% decreased headroom. This will give you the benefit to get the often desired power amp overdrive at lower volume levels. We recommend this tube for low wattage amps to get a better sound at bedroom levels.
