The new G10 Creamback packs everything guitar players love about Creamback speakers into a 10-inch format. Hand-built in the UK using the same production methods and materials developed for the 12-inch models, the G10 Creamback uses a ceramic magnet and a 1.75-inch voice coil to deliver 45-watt power handling. With all the punch and dynamics typical of a 10, its overall tone is warm, expressive, detailed and well-balanced.

The M10C has a slightly smoother sound that retains headroom. Similar to the 10LC but with less output but a more balanced sound with more presence and sparkle on the top end.  
Initially intended for studio or home use, musicians claim it to be the closest to the original C10N from 4 and 5 decades ago.
The standard voice coil gives a more 3D presence when compared to a paper voice coil.

The G10 Gold is the ultimate 10" speaker, blending unmistakable Alnico class with a rich low-end, creamy mid-range and vintage chiming top-end.

As the frequency increases, the radiation of a loudspeaker is increasingly focused on its center. If the listener is in this beam, the sound is extremely harsh and biting; if one moves to the side of it, the sound becomes significantly darker and treble components are partially missing.
To reduce this behavior, a diffuser is used. This sits directly in the beam of the speaker and deflects the high frequencies very strongly, it breaks the "beam". This makes the sound much fuller and more balanced.
