Tube-Town Reverb Tank RCA cable, 48" (120 cm)

The LNDVerb kit is based on a classic Fender reverb circuit, but uses LND 150 Mosfets instead of tubes. These can be operated at voltages as high as 500 V, to get as close as possible to the characteristics of real tubes.

The kit can be integrated into an existing amplifier or can be build as standalone unit like the Fender tube reverb.

The unit needs less than 10 mA current, so a VPump for example can be used as power supply in a standalone build. If it gets integrated into an existing amplifier the already present power supply of the amp can be used to supply the needed voltage for the unit without the need to upgrade the power transformer.

A reverb transformer of the type 125A20B or similar and a reverb tank are necessary to operate the LNDVerb. These are both not included in the kit.

The needed RCA phone sockets and potentiometers are included in the kit.

The TRICONE® MKII is a flexible cable for guitar, keyboard, the live musician, studio keyboarder, and the home recorder. Based on the sound wire diameter of 0.22 mm² and the fine individual strands of 0.10 mm, it is protected against cable breaks and convinces with high bending cycles. It is very robust, easy to wind, and very reasonably priced.

When working with it care should be taken when removing the concutive shielding (black PVC-hose) from the insulation, so that it does not touch the inner conductor.

Important:

• We will not produce faceplate which contain copyright-protected elements like logos or names !
• Minimum size of an plate: 5 x 5 cm
• Smaller objects should be connected to larger objects otherwise they can get lost. Example: connect the i-dot with the rest of the lettering for a cut-out lettering.
• Minimum distance between two blades: 3 mm
• Bitmaps and Inkscape: If possible DO NOT use bitmaps, because this causes many problems: the PDF file could be corrupt or the quality of the finished product is bad etc.. Bitmaps should always be converted to vector graphics before they are used in the layout. There are numerous online converters which convert bitmaps (PNG, JPG etc.) to SVG. Use them, convert the Bitmap and avoid problems.

How does it work ?

a) Select the required size, material and color combination

Hint: Several objects can be placed on a work surface, so cost-efficient material processing is possible. Example: two plates with a size of 55 x 490 mm (front and back plate) can be placed on a work space H2 with the overall size of 150 x 600 mm and can be ordered together. The configurations and optimizations have to be present in the submitted data.  

b) Submit the order through the online shop.

c) Prepare the data according to our specifications. You can UPLOAD the finished data below on the page or sent it to us after completion of the order by e-mail (info at tube-town.de).

d) That's it. The rest is our job.


Note on the Parameter "Plates per Sheet"
The number of plates or logos per sheet. The more plates are on one sheet the longer the runtime is. We can make a maximum of 40 plates per sheet.

Note on "Logo-Option"
If your data contains large areas which need to be engraved (mostly seen on logos or plates for stomp-boxes) then you should check this option then we will engrave the plates twice to make sure that the quality is a as good as possible.
In principle, however, it should be avoided to use large, monochrome areas because one will always see small lines from the laser engraver.
