As far as service goes, I've placed a few orders with tube-town, and all arrived promptly and without any issues. The quality of the components is good, and the end-product is a fantastic sounding amp! Highly recommended! schematic), I took the plunge on this 18 watter in the combo version. Building this kit took me about three days as I took my time learning which steps to take and how to work safely. Since there is no manual I understand it is not advised as a first-time build, but because there was no manual I learned much more about this amp than I would have done if I'd had a manual. You do have to really take your time to figure out what to do and how to measure.
