I put these in the V2 and V3 positions of a VOXAC15C1. They sound good. For the V1 use either a 'V1' rated JJECC83S or a Tung Sol Reissue. Both sound good with the Tung Sol offering a bit more clarity and gain. good with the Tung Sol offering a bit more clarity and gain.

I have put it in v2,v3,v4 position of my Peavey Ultra Plus following the suggestion of TT. I don't have a lot of experience about tubes but the clean is still sparkly and I don't notify any noise.I've replaced a Sovtek 12ax7 whit this. The crunch and ultra channel aren't noisy also. I'm satisfied and my wallet also! is still sparkly and I don't notify any noise.I've replaced a Sovtek 12ax7 whit this. The crunch and ultra channel aren't noisy also.
