Each speaker in our Anthem Series waspurpose-built to optimize their overall power and functionality without compromising their finely-tuned classic American-voiced tone.
After hundreds of hours of research, parts selection, and testing, we’re confident we have outfitted each of these speaker baskets with their perfect paper, voice coil, and magnet counterparts. Straight-seamed ribbed cones, were chosen for their superior performance and unmatched tone, and top-shelf voice coils and magnets have been carefully paired to each of their respective speaker cone sizes.

As the frequency increases, the radiation of a loudspeaker is increasingly focused on its center. If the listener is in this beam, the sound is extremely harsh and biting; if one moves to the side of it, the sound becomes significantly darker and treble components are partially missing.
To reduce this behavior, a diffuser is used. This sits directly in the beam of the speaker and deflects the high frequencies very strongly, it breaks the "beam". This makes the sound much fuller and more balanced.
