    Wonderful in a Marshall amp (JCM2000 TSL60) ! Better than JJ or Electro-Harmonix IMHO, with more tone balance, deep and very defined low end and very pleasant top end proper to 6L6GC tubes. Closer to old RFTs than old Mullards... In modern production, only the JJ E34L rival in terms of sound richness, in a more aggressive style. Tung-Sol EL34B became my go-to tube for EL34 amps... pleasant top end proper to 6L6GC tubes. Closer to old RFTs than old Mullards...
