Custom Shop Faceplate, Acryl Reverse, laser engraved
The engraved surface becomes transparent and must then be filled with paint. Just like the ProReverse but with a glossy surface. Looks very noble!

Important:

• We will not produce faceplate which contain copyright-protected elements like logos or names !
• Minimum size of an plate: 5 x 5 cm
• Smaller objects should be connected to larger objects otherwise they can get lost. Example: connect the i-dot with the rest of the lettering for a cut-out lettering.
• Minimum distance between two plates: 3 mm
• Bitmaps and Inkscape: you should NOT use bitmaps, because this causes many problems: the PDF file could be corrupt or the quality of the finished product is bad etc.. Bitmaps should always be converted to vector graphics before they are used in the layout. There are numerous online converters which convert bitmaps (PNG, JPG etc.) to SVG. Use them, convert the Bitmap and avoid problems.

a) Select the required size, material and color combination

Hint: Several objects can be placed on a work surface, so cost-efficient material processing is possible. Example: two plates with a size of 55 x 490 mm (front and back plate) can be placed on a work space H2 with the overall size of 150 x 600 mm and can be ordered together. The configurations and optimizations have to be present in the submitted data.  

b) Submit the order through the online shop.

c) Prepare the data according to our specifications. You can UPLOAD the finished data below on the page or sent it to us after completion of the order by e-mail (info at tube-town.de).

d) That's it. The rest is our job.

Note on the Parameter "Plates per Sheet"
The number of plates or logos per sheet. The more plates are on one sheet the longer the runtime is. We can make a maximum of 40 plates per sheet.

Note on "Logo-Option"
If your data contains large areas which need to be engraved (mostly seen on logos or plates for stomp-boxes) then you should check this option then we will engrave the plates twice to make sure that the quality is a as good as possible.
In principle, however, it should be avoided to use large, monochrome areas because one will always see small lines from the laser engraver.

How To use ?
The glue must be applied onto the wood and the Tolex.
After a dyring time of ca. 30 min the Tolex can be put onto the wood.

And how much glue do you need ?
The can of 500 ml is enough for ca. 2.3 m². This is enough for a TTC212REX and there is still about 100 ml glue left.

Attention
For a better adhesive power it is recommended to put a second layer of glue onto the tolex after the drying time.
