CERAMIC Vintage
The JENSEN® "C" series speakers were developed because the world's supply of cobal (Co in AlNiCo) slump, making this raw material more expensive. While ceramic magnets are larger in size than comparable AlNiCo magnets of the same gauss strenght, their cost is lower. "C" series JENSEN® speakers use same cones and voice coils comparable to our AlNiCo series speakers, thus providing a similar tone but at a reduced price.

Great dynamics, very rich harmonic texture, plenty of warmth, sparkling highs. Warm, smooth and distortion-friendly tone. Deep, fat low end, open, burnished mids and airy, silvery highs. Firm, authoritative and solid, handles well overdrive, bringing out colorful details and holding strong even at maximum distortion. Good definition with lots of high gain. Full-bodied and detailed with clean tones. Versatile, successfully merging modern and vintage flavours. Can be used in small combos, for very clean, warm sound, and in powerful amps, for well controlled break-up.
