Screw-hole punch (sheet metal punch) with ball bearing is designed for clean, precise holes in sheet metal up to 2 mm thick.

How to use

Pre-drill the hole: Use a drill to make a hole for the draw bolt. The hole must be at least 2 mm larger than the bolt diameter.
If the hole is too small, the thread may be damaged.
Insert the die: Push the die with the draw bolt through the pre-drilled hole.
Screw on the punch: Thread the punch onto the draw bolt from the other side.
Tighten evenly: Using a wrench, ratchet, or hydraulic punch driver, tighten the bolt slowly and evenly until you hear/feel a crack—this indicates the punching process is complete.
