    Rezension:
Outstanding tube. Best 12AX7 type tube I\'ve heard. The thicker frame grid is like the Amperex 6922. Equivalent to the 6N23P, 6DJ8 & 6922 designations. Great choice for hi-fi amplifiers, guitar amps and studio equipment. \r\n\r\nThe E83CC works well for clean guitar amp sounds and breaks-up with a satisfying warmth with plenty of articulation that\'s less harsh and more dynamic than a JJ ECC83S. It has a deep bass response, pronounced high-mids (presence) and smooth highs. It\'s darker than a JJ ECC83S. Compared to the original Tesla version, now only available as expensive NOS, this tube has a fuller, deeper bass response. Typically, the Telefunken and Tesla clone of it, were very neutral and clear. The JJ E83CC has more character and very low noise.\r\n\r\nIt\'s darker than standard JJ ECC83S valves and has a smooth overdrive crunch that blends very well with the quick breakup of a JJ EL844 providing a lot of overdrive when driven hard in my single-ended Class A amp.\r\n\r\nBenefits of the more rugged frame grid construction are: Higher gain, higher transconductance (Gm), lower input capacity, higher limiting frequency, almost no microphonics, better grid & plate current division, significantly lower hissing noise and longer service life.
